Yasmin and I have known each other for over fifteen years, and the association that started professionally kept getting stronger as our clients got better. She, as a fitness expert, and I, as a physiotherapist, complement each other in rehabilitating our clients. Once I get them out of their agony, Yasmin gets them safely back to normal functioning in cases like knee replacements, ACL rehabilitation, disc derangements as well as shoulder, knee and ankle pain. I’ve known Yasmin-or Yasmin Body as I call her since childhood. Within a few sessions, I could feel my back strengthening and things I found difficult to do-like bending, sitting for long periods, picking up stuff-I could do. Yasmin was a friend before I started training with her and remains one of the best fitness trainers I have ever worked with.
